MaterAnima facilitates connections between patients, carers and medical service providers. The platform does not verify or certify professionals' right to practice or qualifications.

Available features

  • My network shows authorized relationships, connected providers, declared medical staff and visible patients within the applicable permissions.
  • Access to contact data can be granted, changed or revoked, with field-level permissions where available.
  • Messages and notifications are organized into conversations, with unread markers and content safety rules.
  • Professional documents uploaded as images remain protected and can be viewed only by authorized people.

What the platform does and does not do

The platform provides connection, communication and administration tools. It does not replace medical assessment, professional verification, direct contracting or users' decisions. Displayed information depends on supplied data and active permissions.

Data protection

Data is used to provide the requested services. Visibility is limited by authentication, permissions and recorded consents, while the legal documents explain data processing and platform rules.

Help for the current page

Patients and caregivers

For patients and caregivers, the application is free (0 euro per month). You can search for providers, publish care needs and communicate through the platform without a subscription.

Doctors and nurses

For individual providers, such as doctors and nurses, the subscription is 6 euro per month and includes publishing the profile, services and announcements. New accounts start with a 10-day grace period.

Medical centers and organizations

For clinics, medical centers and other organizations, the first published medical staff member costs 6 euro per month. Each additional medical staff member costs 4 euro per month. The account starts with a 10-day grace period.
